I send flowers to friends all over and this is the best experience I’ve had. The picture isn’t as beautiful as what was actually delivered. Even after a blizzard hit there and roads were treacherous the bouquet was still delivered within only a couple of hours of my order. Excellent both in product and service. Many thanks to Broken Bow Floral! The arrangement that was sent was exactly what I had ordered. The delivery was made on time, even though it was a holiday weekend. I appreciated the photo of the arrangement that was emailed to me before it was delivered. I live in Lincoln and was not able to see the arrangement in person. Broken Bow Floral did a wonderful job!

Ordering flowers was stream less. I was treated respectfully, as if I was my order was the only thing that mattered. I had a question after submitting my order online so I called in. My concern was addressed completely to my satisfaction in minutes. The process included at least three status updates, including when it had been delivered and with pictures. The billing details were completely transparent without any surprises. Enough about me though, my most important concern in this transaction was my recipient. Her review was “The flowers are beautiful ! Thank You so much …” ❤️m

SO beautiful! My mom really enjoyed her flowers. I love how Broken Bow Floral and Plant Studio even sent me an email so that I could see what the flowers looked like. Thank you so much for a job well done :)
