The delivery was perfect but the pink roses were browning on the edges. Not what I expected for a $60 bouquet but Julie called me back and explained that those roses are supposed to look vintage by nature and made an offer to make it right. I have bought several bouquets from Broken Bow Floral and I will most definitely continue to do so.
