Custom Sympathy Work is a great option for families in need of an Urn Surround or a Casket Spray. We require at least 2 work days notice with these orders. If it is less than 2 work days before your loved one's service, please call our shop. Casket Sprays and Urn Surrounds are always custom made to what flowers you prefer, so we have to special order flowers which takes time to get them in.
Please add in the Florist's Instructions box located in the Delivery portion of checkout what colors/flowers you are wanting for your piece, and whether you need an Urn Surround or a Casket Spray. After your order has been placed, the floral shop will be giving you a phone call to work out the finer details of your piece. We know this is your final gift to your loved one and want to help put together exactly what you are wanting.
We also want to stress the fact that we are at the mercy of our suppliers. Please remember that sometimes certains flowers/colors are not available and many flowers are seasonal. This includes Peonies, Ranunculus, Tulips, Daffodils, and Dahlias among others. We are sometimes able to get in off season flowers but they are usually very expensive. We will be able to discuss this in further detail when we contact you after placing your order.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
