The delivery was perfect but the pink roses were browning on the edges. Not what I expected for a $60 bouquet but Julie called me back and explained that those roses are supposed to look vintage by nature and made an offer to make it right. I have bought several bouquets from Broken Bow Floral and I will most definitely continue to do so.

You guys did perfect! My friend loved the flowers and coffee! I appreciate you guys putting up with my silly requests!

I love the convenience of ordering on line because I live 3hrs away and like to send flowers and balloons to family occasionally. Love that I get a picture of the final sent item via email. They are always beautiful and delivered the day I order.

We love our little town and the businesses that have thrived and survived many years in Broken Bow. Broken Bow Floral has been a local business for 80 years and when we purchased the business, we vowed to continue the great customer service and level of commitment it takes to keep our customers happy!
